Master "Papers, Please" entry requirements: passports, ID cards, work passes, polio certificates, and more.

• All entrants must have a passport.
• All documents must be current and not expired.

Entry Requirements:

1. Foreigners: Must have a valid access permit.
2. Arstotzkans: Must have a valid ID card.
3. Workers: Must have a valid work pass.
4. Diplomats: Must have authorization to enter Arstotzka.
5. All Entrants: Must have a polio vaccine certificate.

Prohibited Items/Individuals:

• No weapons or contraband are allowed into Arstotzka.
• No Wanted Criminals are allowed in (use the bulletin (a list of wanted individuals)).

Denial Procedures:

• All Denials must include a Reason of Denial stamp. To activate this stamp, you must point out the discrepancy on the documents and then interrogate the person.

Special Cases:

• Asylum-seekers: Must have a Grant of Asylum.
• Arstotzkans: Must have their passports confiscated, regardless of whether their entry is Approved or Denied.
• Foreigners: Do not confiscate their passports (refer to the bulletin).
