Walkthrough

    From above, use an RP grenade on the Dwarf Gekko (small robot enemy) to bypass it and engage the Humanoid Gekko. You can either kill it to continue (Stealth Method) or return to fight the enemies you skipped. This is a ranked battle.

    RANKED BATTLE #3: Enemies include Dwarf Gekko x7, Slider x2, and Raptor x2. Various enemies, including Sliders, Dwarf Gekkos, and two Raptors, guard the stairs.

    Collect 500 BP (Battle Points) from a box at the base of the stairs, along with some REPAIR NANOPASTE.

    Check for data storage #13 if you missed it previously. Find an ELECTROLYTE PACK in a box down the street.

    Waste the soldier overlooking the area. Quickly toss an EM Grenade towards the two cyborgs (and GRAD) attacking a civilian. Defeat them to maximize the civilian's survival chance. One cyborg has a LEFT HAND ID.

    Find a HOMING MISSILE near where the cyborg with the LEFT HAND ID was. You can retrieve your EM GRENADE by searching near the stairs. A ROCKET LAUNCHER is located near where you killed the first cyborg on the overlook.

    Alternate Civilian Rescue Strategy: If you are having trouble saving the civilian, kill the first cyborg with a ninja kill. Immediately ninja run down the left staircase and get behind the first APC (Armored Personnel Carrier). Ninja run to the second APC. Prepare an EM grenade and bank it off a wall towards the civilian. Wait for it to explode to save the civilian. Then, engage the GRAD and two cyborgs. Try to fight near the overlook to spare the civilian from splash damage. Use a fully charged sai (with Lorentz Force) to incapacitate the GRAD. Remember one cyborg has a LEFT HAND ID.

    Upon saving the civilian, you will earn the 'Humanitarian Assistance' achievement or trophy if you saved all previous civilians.

    Go down the street and check to the left for REPAIR NANOPASTE. Hide behind the armored vehicle until the Mastiff (large robotic dog) patrolling the area turns its back, then defeat it.

    Collect the 3D PHOTO FRAME near a tree and an RP GRENADE past that, near the right-hand wall.

    As you proceed, an armored vehicle drops off two cyborgs. Hide behind the same armored vehicle. Wait until the guard closest to you is about 31 meters away. As he walks back, rush and defeat him. Monitor the last guard and repeat the process.

    Activate your AR (Augmented Reality) to spot a cyborg behind a doorway to the left, behind the armored vehicle. Approach it and immediately move Raiden in the direction of nearby barricades. Carefully approach the guard's back and defeat him.

    Collect 500 BP from an item box nearby.

    Head through the hall where the last cyborg was to find a room with a chest containing 5000 BP.

    VR MISSION #18: The intel for this VR Mission is located in this room.
