Condemned Building (Near the Construction Site)

This location, situated next to a construction site and also undergoing construction, serves as the cleaners' hideout. At least two levels take place here, with the Construction Site considered a separate location.

• Level: Part II, Chapter 2: This initial visit features large explosions, big rooms, entire building constructions, broken lifts, huge staircases, parking lots, multiple floors with explosion-created holes, and significant explosive events, making it a memorable experience.
• Level: Part II, Chapter 3: The same location is now burning down with more explosions. The focus shifts to survival, avoiding flames and explosions, with fewer enemies. This level is noted for its visual design.

Construction Site

This area hosts three levels and is where you first play as Mona Sax. While resembling a construction site, it has distinct features.

Slum Neighbourhood

One of New York's poorest and shadiest areas, this location appears in a few levels, including a guest appearance in one of Max Payne's dreams.

You will fight members of both Vinnie Gognitti's and Vladimir Lem's gangs, even posing as one of Vinnie's men to attack Vlad's gang. The area is being destroyed by gang warfare.
