Voice Mails:

1. Phone Tapping (Mona & Mona Sax) - Part 1 Chapter 4: After a cut-scene in an apartment, use the phone-tapping device to listen to Max's last three calls: to Detective Winterson, from Jim Bravura, and Max's call to 'Mona' from Dangerous Liasons. Note that 'Mona' and 'Mona Sax' share the same voice actress.
2. Voice Mail of Vinnie Gognitti - Part 3 Chapter 4: In Vinnie Gognitti's room, check the telephone to hear three recorded messages: from the Godfather (refusing help against Vladimir Lem), from his Girlfriend (threatening), and from Mona Sax (warning him about Vladimir Lem's arrival).
3. Voice Mail of Alfred Woden - Part 3 Chapter 8: In the same room, check the telephone to hear three recorded messages: Max Payne's call from the police station, Mona Sax's message revealing her work with Woden and love for Max, and Vladimir Lem's warning to Woden.

Chapter 1: Elevator Doors

1. On the two shelves near the 1st TV: After the cut-scene, near the first cleaner, turn left towards a box. Jump onto it, then onto a second box. From here:
   • Jump diagonally left to boxes on the left shelf to find Ingram ammo.
   • Jump onto a third, higher box on the right, then to the farthest box. From there, jump to a box near a pillar by the TV booth. Follow the boxes to find an Ingram weapon. Jump onto the left shelf boxes to find a painkiller.
2. Use the hauler: After killing the first two cleaners in a big room with a Ragnarock Billboard, use the hauler at the far end.
