Secret Enemies: Near the end of a level, in the second level of the manor, you'll find a room with a large missing floor section. This is the same area where you dodged a falling ceiling earlier. Make the jump to the floor below without taking damage. In the next room with a piano, the left door will open, revealing two black-suits. Kill them and proceed through the door to return to the yard you previously crossed.

Jim Bravura Survives: In Alfred Woden's office, interact with the TV to see a news report. Contrary to popular belief and Max's dream, Jim Bravura survives the hospital assault and is in stable condition. This means Max Payne and Jim Bravura are the only main characters alive at the end of the game on normal difficulty. Beating the game on "Dead On Arrival" mode reveals another surprise.

Alfred Woden's Voicemail: In the same room as the TV, check the telephone to hear the last three recorded messages. Max Payne calls, referencing his call from the police station. Mona Sax leaves a message revealing she is working with Alfred Woden and confesses her love for Max Payne. Vladimir Lem warns Alfred Woden and states he is coming to kill him.

Painting of a Couple: In the same room, look at the ceiling to find a painting of a naked man and woman kissing, with their private parts obscured by bedsheets.

Love Conquers All: In the end cut-scene of Part 3 Chapter 7, before entering the Panic Room where Alfred Woden is hiding, a crypt with the Latin inscription "Omnia Vincit Amor" (Love conquers all) and a statue of lovers hugging is shown. This symbolizes Max Payne's love for Mona Sax, and despite her death (except in the "Dead On Arrival" ending), Max overcomes his survivor's guilt due to this love, proving the Latin philosophy true.

Loads of Ammo: During the final fight against Vladimir Lem, if you run out of ammo, open the gate you used to ascend. Move slightly inside, but not too far, to avoid the dynamite explosions. Be quick to grab ammo as Vladimir Lem continues his attack.

She Survives Too (Alternate Ending): Beating the game on "Dead On Arrival" mode unlocks a different ending where Mona Sax survives. The only change is a rearrangement of the game's final graphic novel; there are no different cut-scenes or levels.
