How to Beat Queen Ant (Level 40)

Defeat Level 40 Queen Ant in Lineage II's Ant Nest by managing Ant Larvae and Royal Guards. Focus DPS on the Queen while tanks handle adds.

Location: Ant Nest, near Gludio Castle Town.

Recommended Party: 2-3 parties (18-27 players) with tanks, healers, and strong damage dealers.

Phases & Strategy:

1. Initial Engagement: Queen Ant is surrounded by numerous Ant Larvae and Royal Guards. The main tank should pull Queen Ant while off-tanks manage the adds. DPS should focus on the Queen Ant.
2. Summoning Adds: At various HP thresholds, Queen Ant will summon more Ant Larvae and Royal Guards. It's crucial to have area-of-effect (AoE) damage dealers or off-tanks to control these.
3. Poison & Stun: Queen Ant has powerful poison attacks and a stun ability. Healers must be vigilant with Greater Battle Heals and Purify. Tanks should have high CON and stun resistance.
4. Final Push: As her HP drops, she becomes more aggressive. Maintain aggro, keep healers alive, and burn her down.

Weaknesses:

• Weak to Holy attacks.
• Vulnerable to Stun (though she has high resistance).

Rewards:

• Queen Ant's Ring (Epic Accessory, +50% Poison Resistance, +20% Hold Resistance, +15% M.Def).
• High-grade weapon/armor enchant scrolls.
• Adena and crafting materials.
