How to Beat Core (Level 50)

Lineage II Core boss guide: strategy, weaknesses, and rewards for this Level 50 epic raid in Cruma Tower.

Location: Cruma Tower, 3rd Floor.

Recommended Party: 3-4 parties (27-36 players) with multiple tanks, healers, and strong ranged DPS.

Phases & Strategy:

1. Pre-Fight: Clear the surrounding mobs on the 3rd floor before engaging Core.
2. Initial Engagement: Core is stationary. Tanks should position themselves to absorb its powerful AoE attacks. Ranged DPS (archers, mages) should stand at maximum range to avoid its close-range attacks.
3. Summoning Guardians: Core periodically summons Core Guardians. These must be dealt with quickly by off-tanks or AoE DPS, as they can overwhelm healers.
4. Debuffs: Core applies various debuffs, including slow and attack speed reduction. Healers and support classes need to be ready with cleanses.
5. Energy Blast: Core has a very powerful AoE Energy Blast. Melee DPS should be careful with positioning, and healers should anticipate this damage.

Weaknesses:

• Weak to Fire attacks.
• Vulnerable to Sleep.

Rewards:

• Core's Earring (Epic Accessory, +40% Stun Resistance, +20% Sleep Resistance, +15% M.Def).
• High-grade weapon/armor enchant scrolls.
• Adena and crafting materials.
