Where to Play Karaoke:

• Yokohama: The bar called Survive is your first spot.
• Hawaii: You'll find another bar called Revolve.
• Kamurocho: There's a place named Karaokeken.

Keep in mind that new songs unlock as you recruit more party members, not by finding them at these locations. Eric Tomizawa, interestingly, doesn't have any songs associated with him.

How to Play:

When you choose to play Karaoke, your options depend on who's singing. If Ichiban is the lead, it's a straightforward 'Sing' option. If another character is singing, you'll have 'Casual Backup' and 'Passionate Backup'. While both let you play, 'Passionate Backup' is the only way to achieve a perfect 100 score; 'Casual Backup' caps you at 90.

The core gameplay involves hitting the correct button prompts as they align with a target line. Perfect timing earns you a 'Great,' while missed or mistimed inputs result in lower scores. You'll encounter standard button presses, holds, and rapid-fire sequences. Stringing together successful hits builds a combo, and reaching a 20-combo activates 'Heat Mode.' Personality Challenges & Trophies:

While there are no direct trophies for Karaoke itself, playing it contributes to the Having Fun Yet? trophy, which requires you to play 10 different minigames. For the Personality Challenges, you'll need to:

• Score 90+ points on 10 different songs.
• Sing Karaoke a total of 20 times (score doesn't matter for this one).

Note that songs with multiple lead singers only count as one entry for the score-based challenge. Playing Karaoke also gives a small boost to your Passion Personality Trait.
