Alright, so you're aiming for the top spot on Dondoko Island, Resort Rank Five! It's the final tier, and honestly, it's a bit more straightforward than the previous ranks since all the areas are already open. Your main focus now is just boosting your satisfaction and popularity points. Once you hit those targets, you'll have a final showdown with Dread Pirate Hook. The setup of your island can really speed things up, so let's get you there!

To hit Rank Five, you'll need to hit these milestones:

• Satisfaction Points: Aim for 43,000 points.
• Popularity Points: You'll need 13,000 points.
• Defeat Dread Pirate Hook: This is your final boss battle on the beach.

The game plan is pretty much the same as always: keep building stuff to increase those points. You'll also want to be grabbing as many collectibles as you can. Higher popularity ranks give you a nice boost of 100 to 200 popularity points per collectible, depending on its level. Since you don't have to spend money to unlock new areas anymore, you can even splurge on buying furniture you've already crafted, though that can get expensive fast. Taking Down Dread Pirate Hook

Once you've met those point requirements, chat with Matayoshi. He'll hook you up with three Hell Stews to keep your health up, but remember, you can't use these during the actual fight. When you're all set, head over to Dondoko Beach. You'll spot a ship offshore, and talking to the pirates there will kick off the battle. Pro-tip: Before you jump into the fight, try to fill your house with as much furniture as possible. This maximizes your hearts, which is super helpful since you'll be fighting Hook's entire crew – including multiples of enemies you've already faced!

When the fight begins, your best bet is to focus on taking out the smaller enemies first before moving on to the bigger threats. Don't be afraid to run around a bit to split them up, then pick off the pirates closest to you before rolling out of the way. Keep this up until it's just you and Hook left. He usually takes about nine hits to bring down. Even if you defeat Hook quickly, you still need to clear out the rest of his crew. Once everyone's down, a cutscene will play, and bam – Resort Rank Five!

What's Waiting at Resort Rank Five?

Reaching Resort Rank Five means you've wrapped up the Dondoko Island storyline. As a reward for your hard work, you'll snag two new outfits: the Normal Outfit and Casino Attire. Ichiban also gets a super powerful new move called the Essence of Dondoko Beam. It costs 100 MP but unleashes a devastating attack on all enemies. On top of that, you'll be gifted 1,000,000 Dokobucks and $300,000 to spend back on the mainland. Plus, keep an eye out for two special quests that'll pop up over the next few days, giving the Dondoko Island crew a little more screen time.
