Detritus Island

Detritus Island in Into the Breach features the Detritus Disposal Corporation and unique environmental hazards like ACID Tiles. Learn objectives and pilots.

Pilots:

• Chen Rong: After attacking, gain 1 free movement.
• Henry Kwan: Mech can move through enemy units.

Special Tiles:

• ACID Tile: Similar to a Water Tile, but applies ACID to any unit that survives.
• Conveyor Belts: Automatically moves any unit 1 tile in the direction of the arrow.
• Teleport Pads: Any unit ending a turn on a teleport pad moves to the matching teleport pad.
• Water Tile: Destroys Vek without Flying or Massive; Mechs and Massive Veks can't take actions while submerged.

Special Environmental Conditions:

• ACID Pool: Applies ACID to the first unit that moves into the ACID pool.

Special Mission Objectives:

• Destroy the 2 ACID Vats.
• Kill 4 enemies inflicted with ACID (2 Grid Power).
• Defend both Power Plants (2 Grid Power).
• Defend the Disposal Unit: Destroy all mountains.

Special Units:

• ACID Launcher: 2 HP, destroys everything in its tile and adjacent tiles.
• ACID Tank: 1 HP, 4 Move, applies ACID to target.
• ACID Vat: 2 HP, converts its tile to an ACID Tile when destroyed.
