Complete Gears Tactics Part 22 walkthrough, including Insane Notes, Left Path, and Right Path strategies. Learn how to find Cog Tags CT25.
Walkthrough
- 1Use the Torque Bow on approaching enemies if you have it.
- 2Move into the building and snipe all enemies in the courtyard.
- 3When Boomers appear, prioritize sniping the sniper in the building above before they can target you.
- 4If you have the Torque Bow, use it on the Boomers; otherwise, snipe one and shotgun the other.
- 5Locate Cog Tags (CT25) in this area. To find them, return to the starting point, head down the ramp, and go up the first set of stairs on your right.
- 6Before proceeding, collect all available ammo.
- 7Move towards the area where the Boomers appeared.
- 8Warning: This section is difficult with no checkpoints if you die. Be very careful.
- 9When the Boomers appear, stay back and consider falling back with the Theron Guards due to their accurate, one-hit-kill attacks.
- 10Revive any fallen teammates and prioritize your survival.
- 11A Boomshot is available in the shed where the sniper usually is, if you need extra firepower.
- 12You must immediately split up. If you have the Longshot, take the Left Path; otherwise, the Right Path might be easier. The Right Path is generally considered easier, but the choice is yours.
Left Path:
- As you round the corner, head left for Lancer ammo and grenades.
- Turn around and go up the stairs.
- At the top, prepare your chainsaw (Lancer) or shotgun (Longshot/Shotgun combo) to eliminate the Theron Guard ahead and around the corner.
- Enter the next room and slowly pick off enemies on the ground with mid-to-long range weapons, preferably the Longshot. They will primarily target your allies below.
- Hop over the low wall and take cover (press the cover button to crouch behind walls or objects) behind the pillar.
- Shotgun any Wretches. If your health is low from Locusts shooting you, hop back over the low wall to regenerate health.
- Eliminate the remaining Locust in the next room and any Wretches you missed.
- Pick up the Hammer of Dawn next to the window and use it on the Seeder.
- Keep an eye out for Wretches coming from the hallway to your left.
- After switching the Hammer of Dawn back for your previous weapon, head down the hallway.
- Assist your allies below if desired, then proceed to the end of the hallway and twist the valve.
- Follow the new door to the exterior area.
- Destroy the Wretches and snipe all enemies below.
- Have your shotgun ready for Wretches that appear when you descend the stairs.
- Eliminate any remaining Locusts with your shotgun or by falling back and sniping them.
- Cross the street and enter the building.
- Head left inside the building and then exit outside, taking cover.
- If in co-op, wait for your ally to handle enemies on the Troika. If solo, attempt to snipe everyone.
- Warning: Once you hop over the cover, you cannot go back, and cover is limited. Be patient.
- After crossing, enter the house and pick up any necessary ammo.
- Blow up the propane tanks in the back of the truck.
- Proceed through the gate.
Right Path:
- Take cover and snipe all enemies in the courtyard. Use the Lancer or Torque Bow if you don't have the Longshot.
- After the first wave, another will appear, including a Theron Guard or two.
- After defeating all enemies, pick up ammo and proceed through the doorway on the left, opposite your starting position.
- Prepare to face the Corpser. You must acquire the Hammer of Dawn (HoD), located about midway down the pathway on the opposite end.
- Run in, grab the HoD, and fall back without getting killed.
- Use the HoD to eliminate the Seeder and all accompanying enemies.
- Grab your Longshot, plug the Locust hole, and wait for Dom to open the gate.
- Proceed forward through the building until you reach the exterior. There are no enemies outside.
- Take cover on the wall. Use this position for sniping and blind-fire-shotgunning Wretches.
- Clear the area and cross it.
- Enter the building and proceed to the
