Rhajat is Hayato's daughter, who was raised in the Deeprealms. She finds her father childish and has some disturbing obsessions of her own. While she's magically adept, she's also morally questionable and harbors dark thoughts.

Here's a look at her stat growths:

Rhajat boasts deadly magic, much like Orochi, with great Speed and Defenses, similar to Hayato. However, she suffers from extremely poor Skill and bad Luck. She's a unit that relies on her own strengths rather than the RNG, so be mindful of the enemies she faces, as she'll likely take a lot of hits from inaccurate foes. That said, her magic is so high that she'll probably defeat them before they even get a chance to attack.

Her primary class is Diviner, with Oni Savage as a secondary class. The secondary class makes use of her nearly nonexistent Strength, so unless you're aiming for specific skills, it's probably not worth focusing on. Expanding her class options will grant her access to more skills. Upgrading from Diviner leads to Omnyoji, which provides Tomefaire, and Basara offers Rend Heaven. Together, these skills essentially complete her combat kit.

Additionally, if you're playing as a female Avatar and want to support another female unit, Rhajat is the same-sex marriage option for females in Birthright. To pursue this, you'll need to marry off Hayato and then recruit Rhajat, his daughter.
