First things first, head southwest from Lapida Mogote in the Sierra Perdida region. You're looking for the El Este Naval Stables.

Before you even think about going inside to find Capitan Diaz, you need to deal with the soldiers patrolling the perimeter. You've got a couple of options here: go in loud and clear, taking them all out before they can call for backup, or get tactical.

For a stealthier approach, climb to the top of the hill to the right of the main entrance. Pull out your phone and tag every enemy you can spot inside the stables. This gives you a clear picture of their positions.

Once you've scouted the area, it's best to equip a silenced weapon. The Supercharger Shotgun or the El Tirano Sniper Rifle are good choices. If you're sticking to the sniper rifle, stay put on the hill and pick off as many enemies as you can before making your move.

If you don't have a silenced sniper, no worries. Equip whatever silenced weapon you have and enter through the south entrance. Hug the east wall until you reach the north entrance. Take out the guard in the watchtower and, crucially, disable the alarm.

From there, move slowly along the opposite side, picking off enemies one by one when they're not looking. Once the coast is clear, approach the marked door and speak with Capitan Diaz.

After your chat with Diaz, you'll need to escort him and another contact, Sergio. Stay crouched and follow them closely. When they duck for cover from approaching enemies, do the same, or be ready to take out any threats quickly before they raise the alarm. Keep this up until you reach the designated location, and the Yaran Story will be complete.
