    Head southeast of Catalina Ridge to find Santos Espinosa Dam in the La Joya Region. Inspect the note on the blue building to begin the treasure hunt.

    Walk to the opposite side of the dam and make your way to the back of the white building. Look through the window.

    Shoot the lock on the door from the window to gain access. Climb up onto the roof to reach the now opened door.

    Inside, interact with the control panel. First, read the Scribbled Instructions Note.

    Press the red button on the sluice control.

    Press the button on the side of the hydraulic monitoring machines.

    Turn the valve.

    Interact with the control panel again to open the dam.

    Attach yourself to the grapple point on the dam and rappel down to the corpse. Pick up the Dam Shed Key.

    Pull yourself back up.

    Head into the dam shed and open the chest to acquire the Excavation Execution Shotgun.
