- 1Head northwest of West Lado in the Esperanza Region to find the Casas Del Lodo Residences. You'll see a note on the substation; read it to learn a former worker hid treasure for her children. To get into the substation, you need to hop onto the roof and follow the power lines to find three switches.
- 2Switch Location #1: Follow the power line leading to the turquoise house. Inside, read the Handwritten Schedule on the table. You'll need to interact with the radio, TV, and turn the picture. If you do this correctly, the bookshelf will move, revealing the switch.
- 3Switch Location #2: Return to the substation and follow the center power line. This will lead you to a large yellow tank that's pumping gas into the house containing the second switch. Turn the valve on the tank to stop the gas, then enter the building. Crawl over to the switch and interact with it.
- 4Switch Location #3: Head over to the water tower. Crawl through the hole in the wall and climb up to the roof. Deal with any military personnel trying to stop you, then get a running start and jump onto the water tower to find the final switch.
- 5Once all three switches are flipped, return to the substation. The door will now be open, allowing you to enter and find a chest containing the Desert Eagle Pistol.
