Now, this is important: you'll see a fenced-off area. You need to use an explosive to blow it up. If you don't have explosives, you might need to find some or use a weapon with explosive rounds.

With the fence gone, climb up three more rocks. At the top, you'll find the Air Drop. Grab it, and that's the mission done!
