    First things first, head to the Concepcion Town in the Conuco Region. Once you're there, go up the stairs in Corazon Alley. You'll find a note on a table – read it to kick off the treasure hunt. A new marker will pop up right in the middle of Conuco, so make your way there.

    You'll need to use the grapple points to ascend to the entrance of the Ominosa Cave. Once inside, just follow the path. You'll be swinging from grapple point to grapple point for a bit. Keep going until you spot a green skull. Grab it, but be ready to bail – you'll want to get back before a grenade explodes nearby.

    After that, head through the tunnel and then drop down into the water. Be careful of the crocodiles swimming around! Make your way across the bridge to reach the Turey Caves.

    Inside the Turey Caves, proceed until you encounter a large skull and a crocodile. Take down the croc, then interact with the skull. This will open up a vault for you.

    Head into the vault and deal with some more crocodiles. Once they're cleared, go up the stairs on the right side of the room. Use the grapple points to swing across to the left side of the room and interact with a second skull.

    Now, drop back down to the ground floor. You'll see the third and final skull on the right side of the room. Interact with it, and this will open the door at the very end of the cave.

    Follow this final path, but watch out for tripwires! Disable them as you go. At the end of the path, you'll find a chest. Open it up to score yourself an Ida’s War Dance Charm and 1,200 Yaren Pesos. Nice haul!
