You can approach almost any situation in far cry 4 by either running in guns blazing or by using stealth.

You'll be fighting against both human enemies, as well as animals, which won’t hesitate to attack you without any warning at all.

The Detection Meter from Far Cry 3 returns. This meter fills up to determine whether or not enemies break your stealth and begin attacking you.

Note that the Detection Meter only applies to human enemies, as animals don’t use it.

Whenever you get near a human enemy and they have a line of sight, a white meter begins to fill.
