Alright, so you're looking to tackle the Propaganda Center Quests in Far Cry 4. These are a bit different from other side missions because you won't find them by liberating outposts or climbing Bell Towers. Nope, to get these quests rolling, you'll need to go on a poster-smashing spree first!

Here's the deal: you've got to destroy Propaganda Posts scattered around Kyrat. Once you've taken down five of them, the first of these quests will pop up. Keep up the good work, and after you've destroyed 15, 25, and then 35 posters, even more quests will unlock. So, get ready to tear down some posters to get access to these missions.

Walkthrough:

The main goal here is pretty straightforward: you need to infiltrate these Propaganda Centers and wreck the equipment Pagan's Royal Army is using. When you get to a center, you'll usually find a few enemies hanging around. Your job is to destroy all the designated equipment, which will usually flash to let you know it's destructible. This can include things like computers, stacks of posters, printing presses, and sometimes even vehicles.

Most of the stuff you need to destroy will be inside buildings, and these buildings are helpfully marked on your map with a yellow shape. However, keep an eye out because some items might be located outside these marked buildings and won't show up on your map. So, a good sweep of the area is always a smart move.

As you start destroying the equipment, you'll notice a yellow bar at the top of your screen filling up. Once that bar is completely full, you've successfully destroyed all the necessary equipment for that mission. But don't pack up your gear just yet! As you're causing chaos, Pagan's forces will be alerted, and reinforcements are going to show up to try and stop you. These reinforcements can arrive a couple of times during the mission and might include tough enemies like Heavies or even a helicopter. So, make sure you're prepared for a fight!

The mission officially ends once you've filled that yellow bar and successfully eliminated all the enemies, including any reinforcements that showed up. It’s all about causing enough disruption to cripple their propaganda efforts.
