Hunt or Be Hunted (A)

Your guide to Far Cry 4's 'Hunt or Be Hunted (A)' mission. Learn how to find intel, deal with dangerous Hunters, and complete Amita's objective.

Alright, this mission, 'Hunt or Be Hunted (A)', kicks off after you've made a pretty big decision: siding with Amita over Sabal. Just a heads-up, choosing Amita means you won't be able to tackle Sabal's missions later on, so keep that in mind.

Amita wants you to check out a Golden Path camp because she's got a hunch something big is about to happen. When you get there, you'll find the place has been completely wiped out. Your first job is to search the area for three pieces of intel from the fallen soldiers. These bodies will be marked in yellow zones on your map, so keep an eye out.

As you're searching, you'll run into a new, pretty nasty enemy type: Hunters. These guys are super quiet and deadly with their bows. They're practically invisible, can even charm animals to attack you, and any tags you put on them disappear fast. There will be about three of them in this initial area, so take them down before you get back to finding the intel.

One of the bodies with intel is in the water within a larger yellow zone. Be careful, there's a Demon Fish in there. You can take it out and even skin it if you want, but make sure you grab the intel from the body at the bottom.

With all three intel pieces secured, Amita will send you to another camp. Get ready, because there will be more Hunters waiting for you there, along with some close-combat enemies. Use cover whenever you need it, and always be listening for those tell-tale arrow sounds that signal a Hunter's position. Once you've cleared out everyone, the mission will wrap up.
