Welcome to the Magicite Mine! This area is more compact than the Crimson Forest, offering a more direct path. Initially, the left path is blocked, so proceed downwards. Follow the tunnel to the left; ignore the hole in the ground for now and continue left to find a Relic - Helix Crystal.
Return to the hole and descend. At the fork, go left first. This leads to a room with an NPC and a collectible: Findings - Writing Etched Into the Wall. To the left of this room is a locked gate with a red machine (a mini-boss) on the other side. Return to the fork and now go right to find a Respite.
After saving and healing, drop down and head left. Before sliding down the wall, jump left and dash to a ledge to find Materials x140. Continue down and go right to the end of the room. A collectible is located below, which will be accessible after the area boss. Climb the platforms above to find a Charmed Fragment in the upper right.
Proceed left into a larger room. Follow the upper path to the left to find another Charmed Fragment.
Enter the next room, a long vertical shaft. Go to the very bottom, defeat the enemies, and find a hidden zone on the right. This leads back to a previous room where you can find Materials x160 on the right side.

Return to the vertical shaft room and go left. In the circular room, head to the leftmost side to find a chest containing Relic - Tarnished Tag.
Go back to the previous room and take the central lift upwards. Enter the next room to the left to find a Respite. A scene will play, and you will receive the homunculus Muninn. Heal and save, then proceed left up the platforms.
In the next room, take the upper path right, dealing with dynamite-throwing enemies. In the following room, follow the upper path right, defeat the machine enemies, and then go left. You'll find another impassable area.
Continue right to find an exit to the right and a diagonal lift upwards. Take the right exit to initiate a mini-boss fight: Squad Leader, Mining Unit 1. After defeating it, collect the Experimental Amplifier and flip the lever to open a path.
Return to the room with the large lift and go left. In the next room, proceed through the enemies to find a Respite. Save your game and prepare for the boss fight.
BOSS FIGHT: GARM, THE GIANT GRAVEDIGGER
Garm's attacks, Slam and Lava Rocks, have similar animations, making dashing away the safest strategy. His kick attack is particularly fast and damaging; the counter homunculus is highly effective against it. When Garm's health is low, he uses Super Slam, followed by releasing five large rocks.
