    First Meeting - Three-Path Cross, Gravesite Plain: Start at the Gravesite Plain site of Grace. Head east, then north through the Scorched Ruins until you reach the Three-Path Cross site of Grace, west of the Ellac Greatbridge. Speak with Redmane Freyja, who is clad in golden armor. She will direct you to the Hornsent NPC, who provides a map to Miquella Crosses. One of these leads to Belurat, Tower of Settlement.

    Second Meeting - Stagefront Site of Grace, Belurat, Tower of Settlement: Travel west from Three-Path Cross to reach Belurat, Tower of Settlement. Navigate through the dungeon until you find the Stagefront site of Grace. Near the boss arena for the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, summon Freyja using the golden summon sign. After defeating the boss with her aid, return to the Three-Path Cross site of Grace and speak with Freyja to exhaust her dialogue about her armor and Hornsent.

    Third Meeting - Main Gate, Shadowkeep: Proceed to Shadowkeep. This can be accessed by going through Castle Ensis to the northeast and following the path past the Highroad Cross site of Grace. At the main gate of Shadowkeep, use the elevator to find a giant statue of Marika and a Golden Hippopotamus. Summon Freyja using the sign nearby to assist in the boss fight. Continue through the dungeon after the battle.

    Final Meeting - Specimen Storehouse, Seventh Floor, Shadowkeep: Make your way to the top of the Specimen Storehouse, near the Storehouse, Seventh Floor site of Grace. Speak with Freyja by the fireplace. She will ask for your help with Sir Ansbach. Go to the Storehouse, First Floor site of Grace and speak with Sir Ansbach. Exhaust his dialogue, then find the Secret Rite Scroll on a desk accessed via the balcony at the Storehouse, Fourth Floor site of Grace. Return the scroll to Sir Ansbach, rest at a site of Grace, and then speak to him again to receive the Letter to Freyja.

    Decision Point - Specimen Storehouse, Seventh Floor: Return to Freyja on the seventh floor. You have two choices:
    • Hand over the letter: This continues her quest, rewards you with the Golden Lion Shield, and she moves on from Shadowkeep. This choice makes a later battle more difficult but maximizes rewards. Freyja will then move to Enir-Ilim to fight alongside her allies in the Leda and Allies battle. Defeating them yields their armor sets and weapons.

    Keep the letter: This halts her quest. You can return after defeating the final boss of the DLC to obtain the Golden Lion Shield.
