- 1First Meeting - Belurat, Tower Settlement: Reach the Three-Path Cross Site of Grace in Gravesite Plain. Follow the path northwest to Belurat, Tower Settlement. Proceed through the dungeon to the Small Private Altar Site of Grace.
- 2Obtain Storeroom Key: From the Small Private Altar Site of Grace, go right, through an alleyway, and into a room. Climb the ladder, defeat the Shades, and find the Storeroom Key on a corpse.
- 3Find Hornsent Grandam: Return to the Small Private Altar Site of Grace. Take the left path and use the Storeroom Key to open the locked door. Speak with Hornsent Grandam.
- 4Second Meeting - After Divine Beast Dancing Lion: After defeating the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, obtain the Divine Beast Head. Return to Hornsent Grandam in the Storeroom, equip the Divine Beast Head, and exhaust her dialogue to receive the Watchful Spirit Incantation.
- 5Obtain Scorpion Stew: Refresh the area and return to Hornsent Grandam. She will give you a Scorpion Stew. You can return after using it to receive another, and can trade Scorpion Stew with Hornsent for Furnace Visage.
- 6Final Meeting - After Messmer the Impaler: After defeating Messmer the Impaler, return to Hornsent Grandam in the Storeroom. She will give you a Gourmet Scorpion Stew as thanks for helping the Hornsents get revenge.

- Before facing the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, consider raising your stats with Scudatree Blessings.
- Hornsent Grandam will continue to give you Gourmet Scorpion Stew after the quest is complete, but eventually, she will stop.
