After dropping, go around to the lake on your left and find the ladder to climb up.

Head into the room on the opposite side of the lake and interact with the wheel you find there. This will open a gate, creating a handy shortcut for you.

Now, head up the stairs. You'll encounter some mages first, so take them out with your bow from a distance since they'll be peppering you with attacks.

After dealing with the mages, you'll face Moonrithtyll, Carian Knight. Keep your distance initially, let her get a few attacks in, and then strike when she's recovering.

With Moonrithtyll defeated, proceed into the church. Rellana's Cameo is waiting for you on the altar. Grab it!
