Alright, let's dive into The Templar's Nightmare. This part of the Fade can be a bit confusing, but stick with me and we'll get through it. You'll be picking up some useful codex entries and facing a few tricky enemies along the way.

Walkthrough

First off, you'll want to examine the book right in front of you. This gives you Codex 062: The Rite of Annulment. After that, use the door to move into the next area.

Here, you'll need to defeat the Sloth Demons. Once they're down, take a moment to check out the books scattered around. You can pick up Codex 080: Maleficarum from them.

Next, you'll need to use the mouse hole. This will transport you to a small area where you'll have to defeat a Wolf. Your reward for this fight is the Essence of Dexterity.

Now, return to the previous room and enter the last room on the left. Be ready, because you'll face an Arcane Horror here. After defeating it, use the right mouse hole to be ported to another room.

This new room contains an Ogre. Take it down, then enter the next area by using the Burning Man transformation. After that, use the Mouse Hole.

You'll then need to turn into a Spirit and use the Spirit Door to proceed.

Fight your way down the hall until you reach another Fade Portal. It's crucial to quickly turn into the Burning Man as you approach it, otherwise, you'll likely die from the environmental hazards.

Pass through the door and prepare to defeat the Abominations that are waiting for you.

In the next room, you'll encounter another Arcane Horror. Defeat it, then open the door. You'll see Vereveel turn into a mouse. Follow her, kill her, and then make sure to grab the Essence of Cunning.

Finally, use the Fade Pedestal. You'll have the option to choose Weisshaupt Fortress. Select it, and you'll get all those sweet stat bonuses you've been working for.

Tips

Keep an eye out for those codex entries; they add a lot to the lore of Dragon Age.
The Burning Man transformation is your best friend in certain hazardous areas of the Fade. Don't forget to use it!
Don't rush through the areas with Fade Portals; timing your transformations is key to survival.
