    Travel to Amaranthine. Head past Aidan and turn right past a dwarf to trigger a scene.

    Return to the Vigil’s Keep Throne Room. Sigrun will approach you. Choose “You’re not the person you used to be.” to update the quest.

    Head back to Amaranthine and enter the Crown and Lion. Approach Mischa.

    You can either give the ring to Mischa or part ways with some sovereigns.
