Jungle Hijinxs

For this level, you'll want to master the roll-jump. Keep rolling through the first area, timing your jumps at the end of each roll to clear obstacles perfectly. If you keep this up, you can even beat the three screaming pillars near the start.
After the blimp passes, you'll see three Frogoons. Do a small hop off the first one to land under the bouncy flower. From there, you can do another roll-jump to save some time. Keep rolling through the gap where the 'O' was in normal mode, right before the first checkpoint. Grab the DK barrel there.
When you reach the DK platform, ground-pound it. Wait for the blast barrel to appear and blast out as fast as you can. Continue rolling to the very end and jump off the second bouncy flower to hit the exit barrel.

There's no super-fast way to get across the climbable surfaces, so avoid them when you can. For instance, you can roll-jump across the first gap instead of grabbing the surface above.

If you're aiming for gold, you'll need to be on the surfaces that move up and down after about 54 seconds. After the last climbable surface, you'll find a set of bouncy flowers. Climb as high as you can, then follow the flowers to the right. Don't sweat it if you get hit by the spike trap – the exit barrel is right after. Make sure to fire out of the blast barrel immediately to hit it.
