Walkthrough
- 1Pass through the fog to face the archdemon of the Stonefang Tunnel: the Dragon God.
- 2Equip the Thief Ring (to give you a slight edge in not being detected) and «Soul Arrow» (if you have a catalyst). Bring Aged or Fresh Spice, or rely on your Fragrant Ring to refill MP.
- 3Stay out of sight, hiding behind pillars and large rocks.
- 4Move forward to the top of the steps, but not into the circular walkway, as the Dragon God will see you and punch forward.
- 5As soon as his fist retracts, run forward and in front of the first pillar to the right to obstruct his view.
- 6Before moving to each subsequent pillar, destroy the junk to your right to clear the path. This is extremely tricky and dangerous, as one hit from his fist will almost certainly kill you. Use «Soul Arrow» from a distance to destroy the rubble safely.
- 7Once the rubble is cleared, angle your camera to watch his head movements. When he starts moving his head back to the left side of the room, dash to the next pillar and hide.
- 8Clear the next set of rubble, watch his head movement, dash to the next pillar and hide, and repeat until you reach the last bunch of junk on the right.
- 9When you have a clear sight to the harpoon on the right, wait for him to look left, dash to the side of it, then activate it to deplete almost half of his health.
- 10To get to the other side, go down the stairs from the harpoon to the first pillar and clear the junk to the left.
- 11Wait for his head to move away, dash to the next pillar and hide, rinse and repeat until you make it all the way to the left harpoon.
- 12Activate the left harpoon to reduce his health to almost nothing and chain him down completely.
- 13Equip the Hands of God to satisfy the Fists of Legend Trophy requirement.
- 14Make your way to the center where his head is resting. Be careful of his hot breath.
- 15Dash in, hit his chin horn ONCE, then roll back and wait for him to stop moving.
- 16Once he's still, hit him ONCE again, repeating until he finally falls.
- 17After the battle, pick up New Moon Grass x2 by the right harpoon.
- 18Pick up the Stone of Ephemeral Eyes down the stairs from the right harpoon.
- 19Pick up the Master's Ring on the platform up the stairs to the right of the right harpoon.
- 20Pick up the Legendary Warrior Soul on the stones near where the Dragon God's head lied (drop down from above).
- 21Touch the Archstone to obtain the Dragon Demon Soul and one Pure Dragonstone.
- 22Transport back to the Nexus.

- The Dragon God is strong against Fire.
- The Thief Ring is recommended to help remain undetected.
- «Soul Arrow» is useful for destroying rubble from a distance.
- Aged or Fresh Spice is needed to restore MP if not using the Fragrant Ring.
- The Fists of Legend Trophy is obtained by equipping the Hands of God and dealing the final blows with them equipped.

2-3 Pure White World Tendency:
If you return to 2-3 after achieving Pure White World Tendency (PWWT), you can find the Dragon Bone Smasher just to the left after climbing the stairs where you first saw the Dragon God. Once you have it, you can go to the secret area in 2-2 (the deep chasm to the right of the Archstone) and trade this to Scirvir.
