Walkthrough
- 1Proceed through the long corridor filled with wagons and hoplites. Collect Throwing Knife x10 on the right.
- 2Find a small staircase on the left leading to a platform with Half Moon Grass x3.
- 3Descend the ramp on the left of the platform to a dead-end and collect an Unknown Hero Soul.
- 4If Ostrava of Boletaria is alive, you will find him here.
- 5Continue forward and up the stairs to the start of a bridge.
- 6The Crimson Drake will appear and set the bridge ablaze. Equip flame resistance gear.
- 7Sprint to the first treasure (Crescent Moon Grass) after the drake swoops.
- 8After the second pass, sprint to the other side, skipping the second and third treasures.
- 9Wait for the drake to pass again, grab the third treasure (Crescent Moon Grass x3), then dash back for the second treasure (Winged Spear).
- 10In the safety area between bridges, head up the stairs on the right. Clear out soldiers and collect an Unknown Hero Soul and Wooden Catalyst.
- 11At the top of this building, you can attack the Crimson Drake with arrows or magic from between the battlement gaps. Aim for the spot indicated in the guide.
- 12Defeating the Crimson Drake yields the Small Scaled Flame Demon Soul (consumable for 10,000 souls) and increases World Tendency towards Pure White.
- 13Head down the side stairs to the underground tunnel. Turn left to backtrack.
- 14If Ostrava is alive, clear out soldiers (archers) to save him and receive Dark Moon Grass x3.
- 15Find a Gash Resistance Ring and a Blue-Eye Knight Cuirass at the end of the tunnel.
- 16Return to the tunnel entrance and turn right, heading in the direction of the bridge above.
- 17Beware of a dregling near a wagon and another near remains.
- 18Collect an Unknown Hero Soul.
- 19Prepare for 3 dogs that will attack. Defeat them and heal if necessary.
- 20Continue to the end of the path, being wary of an archer. Grab Crescent Moon Grass x3.
- 21At an intersection, there is a door to the right leading back to the bridge.
- 22Continue to the far end of the path to find the Dregling merchant again.
- 23Head up the nearby stairs. Continue climbing to the very top of the area.
- 24Eliminate soldiers and collect Heavy Arrow x6 and a Compound Short Bow.
- 25Return down the stairs to the far side of bridge 2. Clear out the archers.
- 26Collect Crescent Moon Grass x2 beside a wagon.
- 27Wait for the drake to pass, then sprint to grab treasures from the remains.
- 28The boss, the Tower Knight, is at the end of this area.
Tips
- The Crimson Drake is weak to Magic and Fire. The Crescent Falchion from W4-1 or Pine Resin can be used. Grinding dreglings in W1-1 for arrows is recommended for bow users.
- For magic users, «Soul Arrow» is effective. The Crescent Falchion and Fragrant Ring aid MP recovery.
- Equip Flame Resistance Ring and Purple Flame Shield / Hoplite Shield against the Crimson Drake's fire breath.
- For bow users attacking the Crimson Drake, aim after his 3rd flap ends / 4th flap starts.
- For magic users attacking the Crimson Drake, cast «Soul Arrow» after his 2nd flap starts.
