    From Firelink Shrine, descend into New Londo Ruins and ascend through the tower to the Valley of Drakes. Follow the cliff face down to find the Undead Dragon. Climb the narrow ledge in front of it and use Pyromancy for a safe kill, earning a Dragon Scale.

    Continue down to encounter Drakes. Kill the first Drake by staying behind it, then enter the adjacent cave to find Humanity.
