North Atlantic: Perce

First things first, you want to get into the restricted area without raising any alarms. The easiest way to do this is to head north from where you dock. Stick to the coast and swim around until you're on shore, just north of the red zone. Keep an eye on your map for the rowboat icon – right next to it, you'll spot a stalking zone. There's a hole in the fence smack-dab in the middle of it, which is your perfect, sneaky entry point.

Once you're inside, the first sniper is going to be in the guard tower directly in front of you. Make your way up there and take him out quickly. After that, turn your attention towards the viewpoint and then duck into the nearby vegetation. You need to be fast here to take out the first guard and get into cover.

There's a second sniper in a tower further away, but don't worry about him just yet. We'll deal with him last since we're already heading towards our next objective.

Now, look for the captain who's patrolling around the tents. Use your Eagle Vision to tag him so you know exactly where he is. You'll also need to destroy a powder barrel in this area, which is located inside one of the tents. You should be able to spot a powder keg on the ground next to a guard, right between the tents, from your current stalking zone. Shoot that keg to blow up the barrels.

After the explosion, the captain will come to investigate. This is your chance! Take him out with a stalking zone takedown.

Finally, we've got the last two snipers. One is on the roof of the building just below the lighthouse, and the other is in that tower I mentioned earlier. Take them out however you see fit to officially complete the settlement takeover.
