First things first, head north-east from the docks. Your target is a guard tower. You can use the rooftops or a ladder to get up there. Once you're on top, take out the sniper.

From the guard tower, you should be able to spot and destroy the first two poison gas barrels. One is near a small shed to the north, and the other is by an open storage area to the west. Heads up: You'll need the sniper's rifle for that second barrel. If he drops it off the tower, you'll have to get closer to shoot it.

Now, for the final barrel, the flag, and the leader – they're all inside the walled fort on the western side of the map. Don't worry about the main gate; there's a much stealthier way in. Look for some exposed scaffolding to the left of the gate. Climb that all the way to the top of the wall.

Once you're on top of the wall, follow it to the left. You'll eventually drop down to ground level. You'll find the last poison gas barrel near some guards and British prisoners. Take it out.

After that, it's time to get stealthy again. Make your way back towards the main gate. As you go, activate Eagle Vision to pinpoint the leader. When you get a clear shot, take him down.

Finally, climb up and interact with the flag. That's it – the takeover is complete!

Tips

Using the sniper's rifle from the guard tower is the easiest way to take out the first two barrels. Make sure you don't lose it!
The scaffolding is your best bet for getting into the walled area undetected.
Don't rush the leader. Use Eagle Vision to track him and strike when the moment is right.
