Earnest’s Fibs

Client: Earnest
Rewards: 750G, 300 EXP, Lime Bangle
Affinity: None

Exit the Refugee Camp and follow the southern edge of the map east. Head onto the hill and enter the cave. Inspect the Electric Ether Deposit. This will spawn five Fierce Vangs (level 14). You can choose to fight them or avoid them. Report back to Earnest to complete the quest.

Earnest’s Mischief

Client: Earnest
Rewards: 1000G, 500 EXP, Earth Cloak II
Affinity: 1

Speak with Earnest again after completing Earnest’s Fibs. He will give you another ether deposit quest, located in a cave on the edge of Raguel Lake. This cave is Tranquil Grotto, southeast of the bridge in the water. Inspect the ether deposit. An Assault Flamii (level 17) will spawn and aggro. You can choose to fight it or avoid it. Return to Earnest to complete the quest.

Earnest’s Solitude

Client: Earnest
Rewards: 1200G, 750 EXP, Grand Boots
Affinity: 1

After completing Earnest’s Mischief, Earnest has one more quest. He wants you to place flowers on his friend's grave at the edge of the cliff north of Kasharpa Waterfall. Kasharpa Waterfall is in the upper level of Bionis’ Leg, north and east of the exit to Colony 6. Go to the northeastern corner of the map, on the base level. Place the offering at the cairn. An Arrogant Tirkin (level 19) will appear. Kill it and return to Earnest to finish.

Thieving Monsters

Client: Gorman
Rewards: 950G, 300 EXP, Grand Armour, Grand Leggings
Affinity: None

Tirkins have stolen clothes near the Refugee Camp and taken them to Tirkin Headquarters, northwest of the camp. If you have discovered Rho Oasis, Tirkin HQ is north of it, through a cave entrance. Be cautious of the Tirkin Guard who can alert other Tirkins. You can either wait for a third party member or level up. Enter the cave, grab the red shiny item on the ground, and leave quickly. Return the clothes to Gorman to complete the quest.

Being a Good Grandfather

Client: Satata
Rewards: 1000G, 220 EXP, Initial Tension III
Affinity: None

Satata needs 3 Sticky Web Fibre from Arachnos to fix his grandson's toy. You can also trade for Sticky Web Fibre with Emmy Leater in Colony 9 if you have 2✰ affinity with Colony 9 residents. Find Leg Arachnos in Kisk Cave, near the Refugee Camp; they drop Sticky Web Fibres. Return the items to Satata. Bring the toy to Kiroki, then report back to Satata.

The Greedy Monster

Client: Satata
Rewards: 1100G, 400 EXP, Sleep Resist II
Affinity: 1

This quest is available from Satata after completing Being a Good Grandfather. A monster is making it difficult to catch fish by Raguel Lake. The Abnormal Brog (level 16) is on the large island in the middle of Raguel Lake. Defeat it and return to the camp to report to Satata.

Emergency Treatment

Rewards: 750G, 300 EXP, Quark Gear
Affinity: None

Gorman needs more medicine. Olga requires Glowing Wisp Fluid to make it. You can trade with Ewan for this item, or obtain it from specific Wisps at night. Night Wisps at Kneecap Hill (outside Tephra Cave) can drop them, as well as Flash Wisps and Light Wisps in Bionis’ Leg (check bodies of water). You need five Glowing Wisp Fluids. Return them to Olga.

A Thoughtful Idea

Rewards: 1200G, 280 EXP, Quark Armour
Affinity: None

Matryona has an idea to cheer up Pama. Visit Ewan, who is available all day. After some persuasion, Ewan agrees to help in exchange for three pieces of Ponio Neck Meat.
