Monster Quests

There are four Monster Quests available from the Nopon Merchant:

1. Monster Quest 1: Defeat 2 Detox Brogs in Lacus Swamp. Reward: 5800G.
2. Monster Quest 2: Defeat 3 Coppice Quadwings in Lacus Swamp. Reward: 6200G.
3. Monster Quest 3: Defeat 2 Mist Rhoguls in Satorl Marsh. Reward: 6800G.
4. Monster Quest 4: Defeat 1 Officer Volff in Satorl Marsh. Reward: 6800G.

Unique Quests

Kacha’s Kidnapping

• Client: Bokoko (Nopon Merchant Camp, Satorl Marsh)
• Rewards: 3500G, 410 EXP, Jungle Cap, Jungle Gloves, Jungle Shoes
• Walkthrough: Bokoko asks you to find the scholar Kacha, who was kidnapped by Ignas. Head to Exile Fortress. You can enter through the main entrance (requires level 30, involves fighting Ignas and Unique Monster Reckless Godwin) or use the Rear Door Key found near the Silent Obelisk for a stealthier approach. Return to Bokoko after saving Kacha.

Making Camp

• Client: Bokoko (Nopon Merchant Camp, Satorl Marsh)
• Rewards: 10500G, 1000 EXP, Iron Armour, Nopol Boots
• Walkthrough: After completing Kacha’s Kidnapping, Bokoko needs help gathering materials for a new camp bed. You need:
  • 4 Glowing Upa Seeds (dropped by Upas in Satorl Marsh)
  • 3 Fancy Volff Hides (dropped by Volff in Satorl Marsh)
  • 4 Feather Leaves (collectible in Satorl Marsh)
  • 3 Wool Rocks (collectable in Satorl Marsh)
  Return to Bokoko once all materials are gathered.

The Giants’ Key

• Client: Kacha (after Kacha’s Kidnapping)
• Rewards: 5900G, 2200 EXP, Recovery Up IV
• Walkthrough: Kacha asks you to defeat 5 Deluded Ignas found southeast of Exile Fortress, near the Dark Swamp. After defeating them, dig up the Giants’ Key at the edge of the plateau. Use the key to open a secret door (the Wall of Sin) behind the throne in Exile Fortress, which leads to a tunnel to the roof. Examine the Altar on the roof and then return to Kacha.

The Giants’ Treasure

• Client: Kacha (after The Giants’ Key)
• Rewards: 9100G, 3100 EXP, Double Attack IV, Daring of the Giants
• Walkthrough: Kacha asks you to retrieve the Giants’ Mirror near Daksha Shrine on Bionis’ Leg (beware of Unique Monster Clifftop Bayern). Return to Exile Fortress and offer the Mirror on the altar behind the throne. 3 quest-exclusive level 32 Deified Queens will appear; you do not need to defeat them. Return to Kacha with the treasure to complete the quest.

Preventing Starvation

• Client: Zazadan (small cave north of Glowing Obelisk, Satorl Marsh)
• Rewards: 2400G, 400 EXP, Mist Gel, Mist Cream, Mist Sandals
• Walkthrough: Zazadan needs 2 Twin Flamii Eggs (dropped by Lacus Flamii near Alter of Fate, only appears without fog) and 5 Lemon Stones (collectible in Satorl Marsh). Return to Zazadan with the items.

Zazadan in Danger

• Client: Zazadan (after Preventing Starvation)
• Rewards: 3200G, 680 EXP, Swep Gear, Agility Up II
• Walkthrough: Zazadan asks you to defeat 8 Ogre Bunnias around the Glowing Obelisk landmark. Return to Zazadan after defeating them.
