- 1Return to the bridge and speak with Lieutenant Avrilla Vent.
- 2Agree to go to the lower decks to deal with the situation personally.
- 3Upon arrival, speak with Lieutenant Vent and choose to speak with the strikers instead of ordering the assault unit to open fire.
- 4Meet with the clan leaders: Rivet, Old Nan, and Stager.
- 5Learn about the workers' grievances regarding the enforcers' heavy-handed tactics and collective punishment.
- 6Discuss the cultist amulet and the workers' lack of knowledge about it.
- 7The workers demand the enforcers be withdrawn, or they will find the scavengers themselves.
- 8Make a Coercion (+60) check to convince the strikers to agree to Stager's compromise: the persecution will stop, and the workers will help locate remaining amulets or weapons.
- 9If you agree to the peaceful solution, it will cost Fuel and Provisions cargo, or Profit Factor if you lack the cargo.
- 10Continue southeast and make an Awareness (+20) check to spot a Manometer.
- 11Make a Tech-Use (+60) check and turn the valve.
- 12Find and turn four more valves on the level, identifiable by steam coming from pipes.
