Don't Underestimate Fleeing! Seriously, running away is a legitimate strategy here. It works about 70% of the time, and the best part? The monster is gone for good, not just for that battle. This is super clutch when you're low on health or just don't want to deal with a tough fight. Plus, only one person needs to initiate the flee command, so you can have your mage doing some last-minute healing or casting buffs before you dip out.

Boss Spells Are Your Friends You know how in most games, stat-reducing spells don't do squat against bosses? Not here! Spells like Sap Guard and Might Reinforce are incredibly useful against the big baddies. Don't hesitate to use them!

Reinforce Spell Trick You'll notice Might Reinforce and Spell Reinforce say they can only be used once per battle. That's a bit of a fib! You can actually spam these as much as you want, though they only have a noticeable effect every ten turns. Guard Reinforce, however, is a one-and-done deal, so use it wisely.

Dealing with Reflect Sorcery If an enemy is protected by Reflect Sorcery, don't sweat it. Start your attack sequence with a regular weapon combo, and then follow up with a spell. Reflect Sorcery won't bounce back spells that are part of a combo. Clever, eh?
