1. Fortune Totem #1

   • Chapter: 2 - Jealousy/Darkness
   • Location: In the abandoned mine, after a mine cart incident, go right at a fork in the path to a dead end.
   • Vision: Jessica regains consciousness, alone and injured, but alive.
   • Meaning: If Mike chases Jessica in Chapter 4 and succeeds at QTEs, she will survive and be playable in Chapter 10.
2. Fortune Totem #2
   • Found by: Mike
   • Chapter: 5 - Dread/Prey
   • Location: In the Sanatorium grounds, left of the fountain, on the floor by the large gates.
   • Vision: Matt hears a creature on the other side of a heavy metal door.
   • Meaning: If Matt survives the radio tower incident, he can be playable in Chapter 10. If alone, he can survive an attack by running and bolting a door.
3. Fortune Totem #3
   • Found by: Matt
   • Chapter: 5 - Dread/Prey
   • Location: On the mountain, after a wooden platform, follow Emily right to the base of a tree.
   • Vision: Ashley lets Chris into the lodge as a creature screeches behind him.
   • Meaning: If Chris does not shoot Ashley during the gun trap, she will save his life in Chapter 8 by letting him into the lodge.
4. Fortune Totem #4
   • Found by: Emily
   • Chapter: 8 - Revelation/Animus
   • Location: In the mine, after dropping a ledge, follow a tunnel to a wooden structure on the right. The totem is on the floor inside.
   • Vision: Mike refrains from shooting somebody.
   • Meaning: In Chapter 8, if Emily is bitten, this vision indicates that the correct choice is NOT to shoot her, implying the bite is not infectious.
5. Fortune Totem #5
   • Found by: Sam
   • Chapter: 10 - Repentance/Resolution
   • Location: In the mines, before dropping into the water, look to the right for the totem on the floor.
   • Vision: The lodge is aflame, but Mike emerges from the trees unharmed.
   • Meaning: This indicates Mike can escape the final confrontation at the lodge.
6. Fortune Totem #6

   • Chapter: 10 - Repentance/Resolution
   • Location: After gaining control of Josh, stick to the left side of the cavern to find a small area with the totem on the ground.
   • Vision: A Wendigo approaches Sam, but Mike is near the exit in the background.
   • Meaning: In the final confrontation, Sam should stay still and hide to ensure everyone survives.
