Mission 3-2: Confronting the Source

Confront the Cosmic Rust source in Mission 3-2 of Transformers: Devastation. Clear out Insecticons like Shrapnel and Kickback in the corrupted environment.

Objective: Confront the source of the Cosmic Rust and defeat the Insecticons.

1. Navigate to the Source: Follow the objective marker to a heavily corrupted area. The environment itself will deal minor damage over time, so move quickly.
2. Clear Insecticon Hordes: You'll face waves of Insecticons, including the agile Shrapnel, the tank-like Kickback, and the ranged Bombshell. These enemies are numerous and can overwhelm you. Focus on crowd control with area-of-effect attacks and vehicle mode specials.
3. Boss Fight: Insecticon Trio (Shrapnel, Kickback, Bombshell): You'll face all three Insecticons simultaneously. This is a challenging fight. Prioritize taking down Shrapnel first due to his speed and annoying attacks. Then focus on Bombshell for his ranged attacks, leaving Kickback for last. Use your parry to create openings and avoid getting surrounded.
4. Mission Complete: Defeat the Insecticon Trio to complete the mission.

This boss fight requires excellent crowd control and target prioritization. Don't be afraid to use your special attacks and healing items. Focus on one Insecticon at a time to reduce the number of threats.
