Mission 3-1: Rust Spore Containment

Ace Mission 3-1: Rust Spore Containment in Transformers: Devastation. Learn how to locate and destroy Cosmic Rust spore clusters while fending off Decepticons.

Objective: Contain the spread of Cosmic Rust spores and rescue civilians.

1. Locate Spore Clusters: Several large Cosmic Rust spore clusters have appeared across the city. These are marked on your map. Approach them carefully, as they emit damaging auras.
2. Destroy Spore Clusters: To destroy a cluster, you must first defeat the Decepticons guarding it. These often include new 'Corrupted' enemy types, which are more aggressive and deal elemental damage. Once the guards are down, attack the cluster directly with heavy attacks.
3. Rescue Civilians: Occasionally, you'll find trapped civilians (human vehicles or structures). Interact with them to rescue them, earning bonus rewards. Be quick, as they can be destroyed by Decepticon attacks.
4. Mission Complete: Destroy all spore clusters and rescue as many civilians as possible.

This mission introduces environmental hazards and emphasizes quick decision-making. Prioritize spore clusters to reduce the overall threat, but don't forget about the civilians.
