Complete Part 13 of Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow, including saving Saul and obtaining the SC-20K.
Walkthrough
- 1In the stairway, aim for a headshot (a shot that lands on the enemy's head, usually an instant kill) on the thug with his back to you.
- 2The remaining thug will grab Saul; move in and shoot the thug in the face.
- 3Saul will thank you and give you the SC-20K.
- 4Retrace your steps to exit the courtyard, crouching in the shop entrance corner and waiting for the patrolling guard to move down the wall before following him.
- 5Continue along the wall past the wooden bin back to the courtyard entrance.
- 6The alleyway that was previously cordoned off is now open; observe the guard patrolling there.
- 7Wait for the guard to walk up a small dead-end alley to the left, then sneak by while he is occupied.
- 8Go down the steps ahead, turn left, and move down the street, avoiding lighted areas.
- 9On the left side of the street, find a dark stretch of wall and enter Wall Mode as an Israeli woman approaches.
- 10Move down the street and turn right to find two Israeli policemen talking near a long downward trail of steps.
- 11(Optional but recommended) Equip the SC-20K with Sticky Shockers. Hug the left wall and slowly move forward. If the guards react, shoot a Sticky Shocker aiming slightly high. If they don't see you, get close and shoot them. Hide their bodies in dark corners.
- 12Continue down the street, staying out of lighted areas, towards the far end.
- 13If you did not neutralize the first two guards, you will face three patrolling guards in the middle section of the street. Use the left side of the street for concealment and move forward when both visible guards have their backs to you.
- 14Your objective is the end of the street on the left, where a guard is positioned with his back to you near an iron fence.
- 15Behind the guard to the right, hidden in an alcove, is a long iron pipe. Climb it.
- 16Continue forward past stained glass windows, jump to pull yourself up to a ledge, move across, and drop down to use cables as a zip line to the building on the other side of the street.
- 17Upon landing, crouch and move right. Interact to rappel down the wall.
- 18During the rappel, Grimsdotter will inform you that Dahlia is near the church, wearing a white scarf, and will provide a code phrase.
- 19At the bottom, a loading screen and a checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death) save will occur. Save your game.
- 20The church is to your left. Crouch and shoot out the lamp and the swaying light bulb above you.
- 21Move to the wooden fence and spot the woman standing in the gap between the boards; this is Dahlia. Approach and talk to her.
- 22Dahlia will explain that Soth needed the EM133D storage device to move an unstable biological agent.
- 23Dahlia will lead you to the device and instruct you to follow at a distance, ensuring you are not seen together.
- 24Follow her through an archway, staying in the dark. She will encounter a policeman and engage him in conversation, allowing you to proceed through a lighted spot while his back is to you.
- 25(If the guard turns towards you after talking to Dahlia) Knock him out with an airfoil ring and hide his body.
- 26Follow Dahlia through a large marketplace with patrolling guards. Wait until they are not facing you to sneak by, even if it means briefly moving through lighted areas.
Tips
- The game may display a 'Use of Lethal Force is not Allowed' warning even when you are forced to use lethal force.
- If you take too long to deal with the two guards in the archway, they may walk back inside on their own.
- The left side of the street offers more concealment than the right.
- Finding the iron pipe to climb may take time.
- The sticky shocker is effective for silently neutralizing guards.
