Part 12

From your starting position, use Wall Mode to slide down the wall, staying out of sight of the nearby guards.

Crouch and move slowly down the wall until it stops receding. Exit Wall Mode and observe guard patrol routes.

When the nearer guard is moving away from you and the further guard is heading down stairs, re-enter Wall Mode and slide further down, passing under lighted and darkened windows.

Wait for the second guard to start down the steps. Quickly move across the street, behind boxes, and into the dark spot in the doorway before the guard turns back.

Once safely at the door, wait for the guard to pass by.

Exit Wall Mode, go down the steps, and move around the street light splash to find a dark spot (left or right) halfway down the new street section.

If a guard is crossing into a doorway ahead, stay in the dark and keep your light meter on its darkest setting.

Once both guards are gone, move to the left of the doorway with the swaying lamp and shoot out the light.

Check that the guard behind you is not coming down the steps. You must briefly move through light cast from store windows opposite the archway.

Pass through the archway and enter the courtyard, staying close to the left wall.

Wait behind the two men on the bench until the guard, who patrols near the far left corner, moves off to the right toward the exit and then turns back. Follow him slowly.

Move through the exit and down the steps to the double doors on the left, crouching in the dark.

Wait until you can no longer see the previous guard's shadow behind you, then shoot out the lamp over the next doorway.

Proceed through the archway into another courtyard with a patrolling guard and a civilian.

Wait around the corner until the guard, who patrols the entrance, stands there and then turns to cross the courtyard. Enter and head down the wall to the left towards a large wooden bin.

Squat next to the bin close to the wall, as the guard will not run into you here.

Stick to the shadows and only move when the guard is at the other end of the courtyard and not facing you. Your goal is the shop entrance on the far right.

Wait until the guard comes close to the bin, turns, and moves down the wall to the left. Follow him at a distance of about 10 feet.

Continue following him as he turns right, then heads for the doorway you entered. Keep going straight; the shop entrance is ahead.

Head for the left side of the shop entrance and crouch in the dark corner. Ensure the guard is not looking toward the entrance before acting.

When the guard is back at the wooden bin, quickly lean in and shoot out the large lamp high in the room.

After the light is out, the guard will start towards you, and the civilian will leave. Head into the shop and move along the right wall to the doorway with a hanging curtain.

Save at the checkpoint (an auto-save point you restart from on death). You will face a hostage situation with Saul Berkowitz being accosted by two attackers. You have the green light to kill both attackers.
