Return to New Serena and speak with Akiyama.

Wait until evening for Someya to arrive.

Head with Someya to Shangri-La.

Defeat the initial group of gang members.

Find cabinets containing hammers near the entrance. Grab a hammer to smash rubble blocking a doorway.

Smash the rubble blocking the doorway.

Smash the wall further ahead with a hammer.

Move along the passage, ignoring the caged individual.

Climb the ladder at the end of the passage.

Grab a hammer and smash the crates to find a Staminan X.

Enter the room near the ladder and carefully cross the girders, mashing the indicated button if prompted to counter rubble thrown by an enemy.

Defeat the three thugs on the other side.

Smash the pile of rubble.

Cross the next set of girders.

After Someya is pulled down, hop down to fight the Hangman.

After defeating the Hangman, climb the ladder he reveals by smashing a wall.

Defeat the thugs and smash more rubble.

Drop down over the railing and climb another ladder.

At the top, smash crates for a Staminan X.

Inch through the crack near the ladder.

Defeat the three thugs and smash the rubble wall.

Slide along the ledge.

Smash more rubble for items: a Toughness ZZ and a Staminan X.

Hop up the step and over the pipes to fight more enemies.

Smash more rubble.

Cross another girder.

Hop over another set of pipes to face a boss-type enemy.

Defeat the boss.

Smash more rubble and edge along a wall.

Climb the ladder to the next floor.

Smash crates for a Toughness Infinity.

Cross the pipe barrier.

Defeat the Hangman again. Use a nearby hammer if it helps.

Proceed to the final door leading to Lo's room.

Engage in a second fight with Someya.

Defeat Someya using the furniture in the room to your advantage, fighting conservatively when furniture is depleted, and using Extreme Heat to finish him.
