Getting the Compass

Learn how to get the Compass in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D! This guide covers the Flytrap Room, Bridge Room, and the Compass Room.

Alright, let's get that Compass! We're heading back into a room you've probably seen before, the Flytrap Room. As soon as you enter, look to your right. You should see a chest sitting there. Use the Deku Flower in the center of the room to float over and grab it. Inside, you'll find Small Key #1. Don't forget to use it later!

Next, we're heading to the Bridge Room. Be careful here – try not to rush, or you might fall into that poisonous water. Make your way back to the main room and use the flytrap lily pads to cross over. Once you're across, unlock the door and then push the stone block straight forward. Head to the right, following the bridge as it curves around. You'll find a Skulltula chilling out. Take it down to get Stray Fairy #5. After that, push the stone block forward two more times.

Now, go back to where the Skulltula was, near the torch. Light a Deku Stick and then make a mad dash to the unlit torch on the southern side of the room. This will light the way!

We're finally in the Compass Room! Your task here is to defeat two Dragonflies. You can use the Bubble Blast ability or just get in some well-timed strikes to take them out. Once both are defeated, a chest will pop up. Open it up, and voilà – you've got the Compass!
