Collecting the Compass

Map Room: First things first, while you're still in the Map Room, look across from the chest. Shoot the pots there with an arrow – you'll find Stray Fairy #6 hiding inside. Make sure to use your Great Fairy’s Mask to collect it. After that, you'll want to sink down to the bottom of the water. You'll encounter some Dexihands; you can either defeat them with Double Cutters or just swim past them using your Electric Barrier. Follow the green path that leads to a red pipe.

Bio Deku Baba Room: Once you're in this next room, you'll notice some underwater Bio Deku Babas. Your Electric Barrier attack is perfect for knocking them out of the way. Take care of all the Bio Deku Babas in the room – there are a few lurking underwater, and one more chilling on a ledge. Once they're dealt with, open the chest that appears to get Stray Fairy #7. Then, head through the door at the north end of the room.

Compass Room: This is it! To start, you'll need to shoot the Real Bombchu with an arrow to make it explode. Now, use your Hookshot or Double Cutters to take out the Bio Deku Babas and the Dexihand chilling at the bottom of the water. Jump into the water and open the chest there to find Small Key #1. Climb back up and use the lily pads to reach the chest on the ledge. Inside, you'll find the Compass! Finally, hop down from the main platform and look into the water. You'll spot two Dexihands and a jar. Shoot the jar with an arrow to release Stray Fairy #8. Grab it with your Great Fairy’s Mask, and then you can head into the water.
