Part 33

As you pass the first blue wall outside the Vault, Ross's troops (missile-firing Comanches and Falcons, MRLS tanks) will pursue. Stay ahead of them and follow Abomination.

As you pass the second blue wall and dash through the base, Howitzers will also engage. Their fire is easy to dodge.

Abomination runs through a tunnel and pauses in the forward base area. His green circle turns red; deplete three of his life bars to make him keep running. The military will help. Stay close to Abomination and jump around while they attack him. Use suggested attacks and grab a Ball and Chain from the crane or throw other objects. Leap up and grab pursuing aircraft and Target Kick them at Abomination to damage him and keep off flies. Distract him with your attacks while the military attacks him. More foes, including MRLS tanks, emerge from the tunnel and buildings. A Missile Pack is effective; use it to take out aircraft, grab their green orbs for Critical Mass, then get close to Abomination and unleash damaging attacks. He will try to slap you away and pound the ground when you are nearby, so attack quickly before he counters.

When the three bars are depleted, Abomination runs on. Concentrate on staying on his tail rather than engaging the military. Pick up green orbs to recharge your life. Ignore Jump Markers; stay near and engage Abomination. Craters he leaves provide a trail if you get lost. Grab items for the next battle, but be careful of missiles knocking them from your hands.

Abomination's next pause is south of Goliath Bluff. He has one life bar, but the fighting area is smaller. Jump around near him and let jets do most of the work while using combos to take his life meter down.

He runs west through canyons. Falcons and Comanches pursue, and Howitzers move around the canyon. Elude or destroy them and keep following Abomination. MRLS units are near the oil field; dodge their guided missiles. Abomination will help by smashing obstacles and giving the enemy another target.

He stops in the oil field and gains three more life bars. Use fuel barrels and rocks to attack him while the military attacks. His firepower is increasing, so he should be hurt quickly.

Blonsky takes off again once his life bars are diminished. Resume pursuit. Abomination leaps over and crushes tanks.

General Ross gives a speech, and Abomination stops near Verdugo's Pass. He has four life bars to deplete. There are few objects; use the pursuing military against Abomination with skills like Hammer Toss, Target Kick, and Shield. Grab green orbs and pile on combos.

Abomination bounds out of the mission area. Save and buy new moves. The green star for the final mission is available near Verdugo's Pass.

Chapter 7, Mission 3: Endgame. Hulk tracks Abomination to the city dam to stop him from destroying it.

Abomination has six life bars and twice the anger. He uses previous attacks and slams you into the dam wall, unleashing heavy pile driver punches. His grab attacks are painful but breakable with button-mashing.

Green orbs are scarce; many are at the top of the dam, requiring you to run up to get them. Power poles make nice clubs, you can throw containers, and vehicles can be thrown or weaponized. You can also get concrete pieces from the dam. Be careful picking items up; Abomination attacks quickly if he sees you grabbing things and makes you drop them. He can block and dodge blows effectively. Vary your attacks.

General Ross's forces send Falcon Strike Fighters to attack both of you while troops evacuate the city. The jets target Hulk as much as Abomination. Stay close to Abomination so the jets target him more often.
