Health Injectors are your primary means of restoring health. They are found throughout the prison, often in lockers or on fallen guards. You can carry a limited number, so use them strategically. There are no upgrades for injectors, but finding schematics for them at Reforge stations allows you to craft more when needed. Don't wait until you're critically low on health to use one.
