Begin the game and immediately access Photo Mode to take a picture for the 'Mugshot' achievement.

Locate the first Bios collectible (1/43) in a locker on your left after starting.

Proceed through the hallway to the cargo bay, learning to vault over boxes using !cn_LSu!cn_A and mantle using the same buttons.

As you approach a flaming hole, you'll earn the 'The Outer Way' achievement.

Continue by crouching using !cn_B, shimmying through a tight space with !cn_LSu, and sprinting with !cn_LB.

After a cut-scene, hold forward on the left stick to climb back into the captain's chair, ending Chapter 1.

In Chapter 2, after a dream sequence, explore your cell and then follow the path to meet Elias.

Elias will give you a shiv, unlocking the 'Desperate Times' achievement.

Use the shiv on a control panel to proceed, learning combat basics: hold !cn_LSl or !cn_LSr to dodge before an attack. Alternate dodges to manage enemy combos. Attack with !cn_RT after dodging.

Defeat the two inmates and the first Biophage, practicing combat.

During combat, aim to dismember enemies for the 'Flesh Wound' achievement.

Unlock Elias' cell using the computer console and proceed to the elevator.

After taking the lift down, you'll encounter another Biophage. This is where you practice perfect dodges by flicking the left stick as an opponent winds up for an attack. A successful perfect dodge triggers slow-motion.

Perform 5 perfect dodges to unlock the 'Float Like A Butterfly' achievement. This achievement can be cumulative and may track better with certain enemy types.

After the fight, find a glowing green wall storage unit to receive a health injector and trigger a tutorial.
