Jump down the hole Charlie made. As you are moving through the pipes, you will see a Commemorative plate on a shelf in an apartment. You have to pass underneath it four times for it to break.

You’ll end up in Marge’s Chippie where Jasper is trying to fix her fryer. In order to do so, you need to find his spanner, screwdriver and hammer.

Head down towards the parking lot and hit the postbox [3/6].

Stop at the Price Shaggers store and reorganize the shelves for Keri by knocking everything over to get the "A Fine Mess" achievement. This is your only chance to get this achievement.

Go down Bumberly Cl to the right of Price Shaggers. Climb across the boxes and trash cans, then up the ladder and the pole until you get to the roof.

Jump into the first chimney and the chimney sweep will give you a push into a house. Spread soot everywhere and climb out of the window.

Exit into a garden where the same gardener from the park needs help to fix the water hose. Follow the hose to the well and jump down. Slap the wall on the right to open up a tunnel.

Keep following the hose, up the cardboard boxes and through the ceiling until you reach the fishmonger’s shop. Turn the sink on so that the water is going through the hose.

Jump into his fish display and keep slapping the fishes to decorate them with cigarettes. Make sure to hit every fish until cigarettes appear to get the "Done up like a Kipper" achievement. The second fish in the bottom row has the spanner.

Head to Sam's Ham shop right next door. Jump into the meat grinder and you'll get taken to a new area.

Head all the way left until you hit the trash blocking the road. Follow along the houses to the left until you reach the postbox [4/6].

Head down and to the left until your reach the van food stall. Jump inside and smack the owner to get the "Cheek to Cheek" achievement.

Head up and hit the two trash bags and a trash can next to the flower stands outside Rog's Veg Hole to find the last group of singing mice [3/3] needed to unlock The Rat Pack achievement.

Head down the street to Big Ron's Big Pies. To the left is the Oily Baps food cart with a postbox [5/6] next to it.

Go back to Ron's store. Go to Sam's Ham to pick up the meat, taking the long way around since the road is blocked by trash.

In the garden, turn on the water to grow a tomato. Follow Charlie through the hole in the fence to the river bank.

Go across the river bank until you reach a roof. Jump where the crack is to make a hole. Interact with the tree next to the garage to talk to an owl.

Head up and towards the two houses. In between them, there is a postbox [6/6] to complete the No Post on Thuesdays achievement.

Open the white door to the right and go through it. Make your way across and up the ladder until you reach a guy asking you to clean his gutters. Jump on the gunk that is blocking it and you'll go through the pipe back to the first area. Remember to visit Thumbitt Inn and hit the police box before you jump down the hole again to get to Marge's Chippie shop.

Head to the left until you reach a cardboard box with a mouse guarding the door. Jump across the hole and to the right, climbing the cardboard boxes.

Slap the cardboard wall to open a new room. Push the ball of cheese to the left to distract the mouse.

Get to the front of the line in the mouse version of Price Shaggers and break through the floor to get the screwdriver.
