Your guide to Nia Khera in Tales of Xillia! Find all the items, start sub-events like Incoming Monster and The Myth of Maxwell, and learn where to go next.

Alright, let's get this done! Nia Khera is a pretty straightforward place, but there are a bunch of little things to grab and sub-events to kick off, so let's make sure you don't miss anything.

First things first, head back and chat with the Elder. You'll want to accept the sub-event called Incoming Monster. Right after that, pop into the building that's super close by – you'll snag 500 Gald in there. Keep an eye out for a skit called Milla's Hometown; it should pop up naturally as you wander around. Once you've watched it, make your way down the hill and duck into the building on your left to find an [Apple Gel].

Over to the south, you'll see the Inn. It's pretty bare, but just north of it, you can grab a [Temporal Fire Stone]. To the east of the Inn, you'll find a [Temporal Water Stone]. Now, keep an eye out near the east exit of the village – there's a kid who's looking for a [Napple]. If you happened to pick one up back in Hamil, you can actually complete this sub-event, Something Tasty, right here and now, netting you a [Drippy Nose] fashion item. Pretty neat!

Just to the left of that kid, there's another fella who'll get you started on the sub-event The Myth of Maxwell. Grab the [Temporal Earth Stone] that's nearby, and then check the building close to it – inside, you'll find a [Sandwich (Small)]. The building north of that spot has a [Mysterious Jewel] waiting for you. Once you've got that, head northwest to snag the last of the temporal stones, the [Temporal Wind Stone]. While you're up there, talk to the Devotee; they're looking for an [Insect Husk] for the sub-event Offerings for Milla.

Once you've collected all four temporal stones, you should trigger the skit The Silencing. At this point, you can either push forward with the main story, wrap up any remaining sub-events, or if you're feeling brave, head to the northwest exit into the Floodmeadow. Be warned, though – the enemies there are seriously tough and can one-shot you, but if you can manage to win, you'll level up like crazy. To continue the main story and finish up that Incoming Monster sub-event, just head out the southwest exit.
