Basically, you need to be in Over Limit Lv. 1 or higher. Once you're there, you'll perform an Arcane Arte, Altered Arte, or an Intermediate/Advanced spell while holding down the 'Artes' button. The specific Burst Arte you unleash actually depends on the Weapon Skills you have equipped. It's kinda like a recipe!

If you've got more than one of certain skill pairs equipped, the one listed higher on the table below takes priority. So, pay attention to that order!

To get Estelle's special Burst Arte, you'll need to meet a few specific conditions:

1. First off, make sure you don't have any of the weapon skills from the table above equipped.
2. Estelle needs to be rocking the 'Cat Teaser' weapon.
3. She also needs to be in Over Limit.
4. Finally, you'll use an Arcane, Altered, Intermediate, or Advanced Magic Arte while holding down BOTH the 'Attack' AND 'Artes' buttons. It's a bit of a juggle, but it's how you get this unique move!

Flynn's Burning Phoenix

This one's a bit of a beast to activate, and honestly, it can be pretty tricky. I'll share the method that worked best for me, as it's the most reliable way I've found to pull it off.

1. You'll need to have used Rising Phoenix at least 200 times. Yeah, it takes some practice!
2. Next, you gotta set Rising Phoenix to your default 'Artes' button.
3. Then, set Rising Phoenix to all four of your right analogue stick's 'Artes Shortcut' inputs. This is key for the rapid input.
4. Flynn absolutely must be in Over Limit.
5. Now for the tricky part: Use the Rising Phoenix that's set to your default 'Artes' button, and while you're doing that, rapidly rotate the right analogue stick. If you hit the enemy successfully while doing this, you'll unleash Burning Phoenix! It takes some getting used to, so don't get discouraged if it doesn't work on the first try. Keep at it!
